Building Material Co.,Ltd is a medium-sized stock-holding enterprise
based on the former State-run Changshu Fiber Glass Reinforced
Plastics Factory and Changshu Building Water-proof  Material
Factory.It has 70 professional techicians.The Company has started
cooperation with scientific research institutes since early
1980s in developing new type high polymer water-proof materials
and now it has formed various types of Water Sable brand serial
new type building water-proof materials which could meet the
demand of different building projects.The Company has a 90s’
internationally advanced extrusion continous sulfurized ethylenepropylene
terpolymer rubber(EPDM) water-proof sheet production line with
an annual production capacity of 1 million square meters,a nonsulfurized
enhanced chlorinated polyletnylene-rubber water-proof sheet
production line with an annual production of 2 million square
meters,an other high polymer water-proof sheet production line
with an annual production capacity of 2 million square meters,and
a polyurethane water-proof coating material production line
with an annual production of 1 thousand tons. Since 1985,”Water
Sable”series products have been widely used in home and overseas
key projects with a total quantity over 30 million square meters
which have won the trust of the users for their excellent water-proof
effect.The production and sales amount of “Water Sable” series
products have been the leading one in the domestic market for
years.Furthermore,the subsidiary Water-proof Engineering Company,which
has second class qualification of building Water-proof construction,is
responsible for the after-service and willing to offer the supervision
of water-proof construction and construction technology for
